Overview
The Central Bank of The Gambia required a trusted technology and data services partner capable of delivering a broad range of solutions on demand. 2M Corp was engaged as a framework partner delivering services across multiple domains throughout the contract period.
Services included IT project management, business process re-engineering, strategic IT planning and advisory, data analytics, survey research, and software development. The framework operated through individual Statements of Work negotiated per engagement, with delivery on time-and-materials or fixed-price basis.
