Momodou Lamin Jarju is the Co-Founder and CTO of 2M Corp with over 15 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the University of The Gambia. Before founding 2M Corp, Momodou held CTO positions at VoLo Senegal and Pristine Consulting, where he led the implementation of West Africa's first regional credit bureau and designed Africa's first integrated biometric identification platform (GAMBIS) for the Gambian government.
At 2M Corp, Momodou oversees all technology and software engineering. He architected the five-layer digital infrastructure for the PAMP Civil Service & Pensioner Verification, integrating ODK Central, HoneyGuide, Mayan EDMS, and OpenG2P. He led the development of The Gambia's Electronic National Health Insurance System (eNHIS) on openIMIS and delivered the same platform for Kaduna State in Nigeria for the ILO. He designed and built the Kaarange cash transfer MIS for the Nafa programme, developed the UNICEF Disability Child Grant IMIS for Lao PDR and the Social Welfare MIS for Niue, and built the infrastructure supporting NOVAFRICA's migration research surveys. Momodou led the Social Registry Update Strategy for GamSR, the Government Data Assessment & Inventory, the IT & Data Services Framework for the Central Bank of The Gambia, and the QMS & IMS systems for the West African Health Organisation's medicines control programme. He delivered the Work Order MIS for HR REIT in Canada, the ERP implementation for Kuringo Company Ltd using Microsoft Business Central, the MTally application for the Gambia Ports Authority, and managed the Youth Empowerment Project M&E technology stack. He also leads the development of 2M Corp's product portfolio including Kaarange and the company's Microsoft Products practice.
